Mental Health Counselling
Offers counselling and support for individuals who have experienced sexual assault/trauma. Communities Against Abuse has a network of therapists throughout East Central that can provide the treatment close to the client.

Provides programs and services for alcohol, drugs and inhalants abuse through counselling and regular support groups. Funded by Health Canada. Offers:
Outpatient Treatment (MATRIX Program):
One-on-one outpatient treatment program for individuals who cannot leave the community. Offers groups sessions, individual counselling and referrals. Apply in person, self-referral and by referral.
Inpatient Treatment:
They do not offer inpatient treatment services but can refer individuals to an inpatient treatment program outside the community. Treatment period depends on the treatment center (usually one to six weeks). Apply in person or by referral.
Community Addictions Recovery Group (CARG):
CARG recovery group treatment period depends on the client’s needs and the assigned group. Weekly meetings (check the Addiction programs calendar for each community). Attendance is strictly recommended. Apply in person or by referral.
Virtual Mental Health Services:
Individuals can access help for mental health and addictions from the comfort of their home. Visit the website and click on a support worker’s image to connect, or scan the QR code with your phone to speak with a mental health worker. If you do not have a device, the health authority can loan a device to you (such as a tablet).
