Support individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behaviour (substances or activities) by teaching how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions, and to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life.
Not a twelve-step program.

The Society for Treatment of Autism (STA) offers counselling services to individuals with ASD/Autistic individuals ages 10 and up, and their families within the Mental Health Across the Autism Spectrum initiative. Therapeutic activities are modified to account for the unique learning differences that people with ASD tend to experience. We offer a sliding scale fee.
