Youth Addictions

The Ottawa Addictions Access and Referral Services (OAARS) is the gateway to health services needed by persons aged 16 and over who are concerned about their alcohol or drug use and need help. This service is offered in French and English. OAARS acts as a navigator in the health care system to help its clients obtain the appropriate services. It conducts summary assessments and directs clients to services in the Ottawa area based on the needs of each person. OAARS also provides information and support services.
