Focuses on the 12-step program and restoration of mind, body, and spirit through meditation and emotional wellness classes in a family-like setting. Services delivered and run by recovering alcoholics and addicts. Program includes: 175 hours of group and individual counselling Daily recovery and gratitude meetings Counselling and instruction on the theory and practice of the 12 Step Recovery Approach Emotional health and wellness classes Leisure and recreational outings and activities Outings to open meetings in the community Safety and action planning Weekly therapeutic counselling  Nutritious and home style meals, and safe and serene environment.

60-day extension program comprised of individual modules chosen by the client, as well as time spent with counselling staff. Additional time is important to build healthy habits, break negative thinking patterns, apply for second stage housing, and prepare for the road ahead. Individual programs include (but are not limited to): Survivors of sexual violence Anger management Parenting in recovery Healthy boundaries Self esteem Financial literacy Relapse prevention.

Provides health programming to youth within the 11 Member First Nations of File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council. These programs include Brighter Futures, Mental Health/Solvent Abuse, National Aboriginal Suicide Prevention Strategy, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, HIV/AIDS, Aboriginal Head Start on Reserve, and the Tobacco Cessation Program.
