Provides client guided and individualized in-home support services to families with children under the age of five. Program emphasizes family preservation and prevention while reunifying children with their family whenever safe and possible.

An intensive family home visiting program for families. Focuses on reducing risk and capitalizes on the strengths within families to prevent the removal of children, reunite children with their families, as well as keep children in family’s care and preserve the family unit. Each family is matched with a Support Worker who will remain connected to the family for the longevity of their time in the program.
NOTE: The Family Support Program requires a contract as well as a referral form if being referred throught the Ministry of Social Services.
