Libra House is an emergency crisis shelter for women and children who are experiencing violence/abuse. Our mandate is to provide support and shelter to women and children experiencing abuse. We provide temporary crisis shelter and related services in a cooperative living environment for women and children who are victims of violence. We assist in the development and improvement of services and facilities to meet the needs of women and children. We work to empower women to make their own decisions for themselves and their children.
