Support Groups

Weekly social group for those who have experienced a brain injury. A chance to meet other people living with the effects of brain injury and have some fun. Sometimes meet off site - please contact to confirm location

Youth Addictions

Provides psychotherapy and counselling for adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families. Uses a client-centred approach to ensure services are individually tailored. Focuses on addressing the roots of problems along with building coping strategies for the here-and-now to promote recovery goals. Home visits are available in addition to office-based appointments.

In person crisis services

The Outreach Worker provides support to individuals and families who need some extra support around every day living challenges such as access and support for: housing concerns work stresses financial food security education struggling to pay for prescriptions forms completion support for applying for assistance programs such as Ontario Disability Support Program or Ontario Works preparing for a court appearance and legal issues provides counseling for bullying at school and relationship issues risk assessment referral and advocacy
