Mental Health Counselling
Offers a peer support program for anyone dealing with divorce, separation, death, or any family transition that impacts and individual"s ability to cope. Two programs are offered for children and youth: Rainbows, and Spectrum.Rainbows offers elementary- and middle school-aged children (ages 5-14) the opportunity to speak about their feelings and share their grief in a safe environment in small group settings. The groups are led by trained facilitators utilizing age-appropriate materials.Spectrum offers youth and teenagers (ages 14-18) the ability to share feelings and thoughts about their loss with others their own age who are experiencing similar life changing events.

Mental Health Counselling
Offers individual counselling with a counsellor to men who have been sexually assaulted. The meetings last 50 minutes and are confidential. The counsellors can also help with certain procedures, such as applying for criminal injury compensation benefits for those who are eligible and wish to do so.

Mental Health Counselling
Offers group counselling for men who have been sexually assaulted. Groups are made up of a maximum of 8 volunteer participants, accompanied by two counsellors. The participants, who are the same for the duration of the program, meet for 3 hours per week for 12 consecutive weeks.
