Virtual free peer support group for adults grieving a death of someone in their life.
Living with Loss offers a safe space to connect with other people who are grieving, share thoughts and feelings, and hear new perspectives and coping strategies. This group is for adults 18+.
Individuals can join the group at any point in their grief journey and attend as often or as little as they feel they need the support.

Support Groups
Offers peer and volunteer support for people who have been impacted by grief, while participating in gentle physical exercise. Beginning with a warm-up, followed by outdoor trail walking for up to two kilometers, and ending with stretches, led by the facilitator.Indoor walking is available in cases of inclement weather and during the winter season at the site location.
