Support Groups

Virtual free peer support group for adults grieving a death of someone in their life. Living with Loss offers a safe space to connect with other people who are grieving, share thoughts and feelings, and hear new perspectives and coping strategies. This group is for adults 18+. Individuals can join the group at any point in their grief journey and attend as often or as little as they feel they need the support.
