We are a provincial organization that educates and advocates for individuals with mood disorders such as depression.
We are dedicated to:
* provide information for people with Mood Disorders, their families, professionals, and the public
* we foster self-help within a peer support model for individuals and families dealing with Mood Disorders
* We strive to eliminate discrimination and stigma
* We work with community partners
* We advocate on behalf of people with Mood Disorders and their families.

Adult Addictions
Bellwood is an international leader in addiction treatment with 30 years of experience. Bellwood’s programs are accredited with Exemplary Standing, have high success rates and are delivered by addiction experts with a deep commitment to help you recover.
With specific programs for addiction, trauma, PTSD, problem gambling, sex addiction and eating disorders, and a multidisciplinary team of addiction experts working to help you recover. Each client is assigned their very own Physician, Therapist, Assessment Counsellor and Recovery Counsellor to ensure the best treatment outcomes. In addition, your team would also include nurses, nutritionists, physical health instructors, addiction support workers, and volunteers in recovery.

The YMCA Youth Substance Abuse program is designed to help educators who have students with substance use issues.
The program provides
Educational Services such as group meetings or presentations about substance use
Individual Counselling about substance use problems
Peer Mentoring to help youth learn more about the harms about drug use.

At Skylark we offer free, individual and family counseling and support to children, youth and their families who live in Toronto. Our counseling services are tailored to the individual strengths and needs of each young person and/or their family. Youth Addictions
Offers a range of mental health services to adolescents and coordinates residential services for children and youth with complex special needs.
Delisle Youth Services recognizes the need for holistic, integrated approaches to working with youth that encompass health prevention, promotion, information, education, supportive counselling, therapy and intensive interventions when needed.
Our services utilize an evidence-informed, strength based, resiliency approach which incorporates working with families and engaging youth in everything we do. Given current research, co-occurring issues such as mental health and substance use is integrated in all programming.
