My name is Laurel York, and I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor in private practice in Calgary, Alberta. I hold a Master of Counselling degree with a specialization in counselling psychology. I’m a former teacher who has a passion for supporting people who work in emotionally expensive professions. I use attachment-based, emotions-focused and developmental lenses in my work with clients.
