Karina worked in community clinics and inpatient mental health, in Canada and abroad, helping people with mental health, trauma and/or substance use concerns. We offer free consultations. If you don"t have access to a camera, speaker, and microphone on your smart phone, laptop, or device, please speak with us about the option of telephone counselling services.
