Offers state-of-the-art play, art and sand therapy space that can be utilized for children, families and adults. Call 306-525-0521 and ask for an intake counsellor to access any of the therapeutic methods.
Sand Tray Therapy
Gives children, families and adults the opportunity to create and build therapeutic spaces within a sand tray with a counsellor’s guidance.
Art Therapy
Consists of using a variety of mixed methods related to creativity and imagination. it includes painting, clay moulding and drawing, music, writing poetry and playing musical instruments.

A counselling service for families in crisis when youth are 16 to 17 (similar to the RIFT Program offered at Catholic Family Services).
When the parents are available and willing to attend along with the teen, the focus is on negotiation to resolve conflicts and establish a living together contract. Service will be provided to the youth alone when the parent(s) is unavailable, so that a stable and healthy living situation can be established. Fill and send a referral form to referral@cfsregina.ca.

A counselling service for families in crisis when youth are fifteen years or younger. Offered by a contractual agreement with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services (MSS), Family and Youth Services, Youth Unit. Provides quick access upon referral from the Youth Unit and covers five family counselling sessions.

An intensive family home visiting program for families. Focuses on reducing risk and capitalizes on the strengths within families to prevent the removal of children, reunite children with their families, as well as keep children in family’s care and preserve the family unit. Each family is matched with a Support Worker who will remain connected to the family for the longevity of their time in the program.
NOTE: The Family Support Program requires a contract as well as a referral form if being referred throught the Ministry of Social Services.
