Provides assessment and diagnosis for clients, ages 6 – 24 who are from the five southern health regions in Saskatchewan. These individuals are suspected of having Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD). The team completes special assessments that provide a pediatrician with the information needed to make a diagnosis of FASD, or a diagnosis of other complex disorders, such as Autism, for which no services currently exist. Provides suggestions for treatments, adaptations, planning for care in the long term and helpful hints for caregivers.

Provides early treatment to adolescents and young adults up to age 30 who may be experiencing psychosis. Provides intense services to people experiencing certain symptoms, which may be the beginning of a psychotic illness, and to those who have had their first episode of psychosis.

Requests for services most commonly come from people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, severe stress, or adjustment difficulties.

Offers basic and advanced recovery skills development through individual and group counselling, as well as through two intensive treatment programs. Addresses a variety of topics such as dealing with impulsivity, irrational thoughts, urges and triggers, relapse prevention, self esteem, anger, loss, and boundaries.

A 12 bed-residential treatment program providing residential treatment services to adolescents and families with substance use/abuse issues.
Gives youth and families an opportunity to evaluate the impact of substance use/abuse, identify their strengths, and begin implementing changes that will contribute to a positive recovery lifestyle in the community.
Based on a four-week stay but offers flexibility to shorten or extend the length of stay depending on the individual’s needs.

A voluntary residential program designed to assist youth, 12 – 18 years of age, to stabilize from the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual consequences of substance abuse.
Offers individual counselling, medical assessments, and psycho-educational workshops to assist with craving and stress management.
Psychological and psychiatric services are also involved when mental health issues are identified and youth require additional support or assessment.
Program length is 4 – 10 days.
