Youth Mental Health

211 Ontario is a province-wide information and referral service that has information about local community, social, health and related government services in Ontario.   People can call 211 or use the 211 website.

Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services

Offers counselling support by phone for individuals experiencing a mental health or addictions crisis; or those having difficulty coping, including their family members, caregivers and friends.

Youth Addictions

By calling 1-855-310-COPE (2673) individuals are connected with a crisis worker, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crisis worker will provide an immediate telephone response in a variety of situations, such as if you are feeling depressed, distressed, lonely, anxious, scared, angry or are worried that you have no where to go.

Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services

Offers individual general counselling services for youth who need help navigating social, emotional, or mental health challenges. Provides short-term telephone or virtual support.

Youth Mental Health

4-H is a non-profit positive youth development organization that spans 70 countries across the world and 12 provinces across the country. In 4-H, youth ages 6–21 and screened, engaged volunteer leaders come together to learn about selected topics through fun hands-on activities and mentorship. Provincial camps, conferences, competitions and national and international travel opportunities available to further develop skills in leadership, business, self-confidence.
