Offers counselling support by phone for individuals experiencing a mental health or addictions crisis; or those having difficulty coping, including their family members, caregivers and friends.

By calling 1-855-310-COPE (2673) individuals are connected with a crisis worker, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crisis worker will provide an immediate telephone response in a variety of situations, such as if you are feeling depressed, distressed, lonely, anxious, scared, angry or are worried that you have no where to go.
