Crisis lines
A free anonymous phone service that people who use drugs can call if they are located within Ontario. The operator will stay on the phone with the caller while drugs are used, in the event that the operator receives no response after administration of narcotics the operator will call 911 and alert them to a possible
overdose at the location provided by the caller. Can also provide referrals to harm reduction products or assistance with home detoxing.

COVID-19 ResponseThe Day Program has resumed a modified Day Treatment Program as of Jun 15, 2020 reflecting COVID 19 Social Distancing and Isolation practices. The modified program has smaller group numbers, 10 day program length and only open to clients who will be require to stay in the Supportive Stabilization Beds of the Withdrawal Management Program. Contact an Addiction Counsellor in the Program for the most up-to-date requirements of the program.Regular ServiceOutpatient day program offers assessment, referral, treatment and follow-up services to people with addiction related problems in a group setting. Program runs on weekdays for three weeks. Provides individual therapy focusing on relapse prevention through new skills development and positive life changes.Also offers: supportive stabilization beds: a limited number of beds for clients who require housing while in program. relapse prevention group: offers a follow-up group at the end of the program one evening each week for four weeks.

Crisis services for all people, all genders, who have experienced sexual violence, Human Trafficking and / or domestic violence. May include physical examination, treatment of injuries, medications to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, information on pregnancy, choice of completing the Sexual Assault Evidence Kit. Emotional support, trauma counselling, safety planning and follow-up care. Individuals are seen in a private room by specially trained sexual assault / domestic violence nurses to ensure confidential and sensitive treatment.
