Youth Addictions
We provide assessment, counselling, consultation and training/workshops to individuals, families, couples, community groups and organizations. Youth Addictions
Integration Therapy offers relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy with a focus on the therapeutic relationship and attachment as key tools for healing. Other modalities used include ACT, interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) and Hakomi. Unique and tailored treatment plans made for each individual, couple or family. The integration of the body, mind and spirit is the ultimate goal of the work done here.
Couples work is done from an EFT framework, but also drawing from Gottman method for the psychoeducational component.
