Youth Addictions
Mackenzie Health Opened in 1963 (formerly York Central Hospital), Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital is a large community hospital located in Richmond Hill providing Emergency, Inpatient, Ambulatory, Continuing and Long-Term Care services to a community of over 500,000 residents in Southwest York Region. In 2009, the hospital received an expanded mandate from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to plan for the further development of the existing Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital site and the building of a new hospital in Vaughan.
In addition to the services it currently provides to the community of Southwest York Region, Mackenzie Health is the District Stroke Centre for York Region and is home to a number of regional services including: the York Region Chronic Kidney Disease Program, York Region Domestic Assault and Sexual Assault Care Centre, and the York/Simcoe Behaviour Management and Autism Programs.

Adult Addictions
My primary focus is that you feel comfortable, safe and connected so you are able to address issues or areas of concerns that are negatively impacting you and preventing you from leading the successful happy life you want. I provide individual, couples and group counselling/therapy. Employing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindful Meditation Strategies.
Multi-modal treatment approached are used to help clients achieve their goals.

Youth Addictions
Provides psychological assessments, including psychoeducational assessment for learning disabilities and ADHD, and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
Therapy is offered for anxiety, panic attacks, separation anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, stress, and PTSD. My approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.

Youth Addictions
Maison Fraternité is a not for profit community agency subsidized mainly by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care of Ontario to help the francophone population of the province who have a substance use problem, and offers services in French only. A separate long-term residence for women is provided. Youth services for young people and families are offered on an outpatient and residential basis.
