Landing Strong Group Programs

    Offers group programs that can help participants overcome barriers that are limiting recovery from trauma, get support and connect with community in a safe space, get insights from experienced trauma-recovery experts and create a plan to feel strong, emotionally and physically. The group programs are designed for veterans, first responders and frontline healthcare workers dealing with operational stress injuries and PTSD. Also offers a program for caregivers. Programs are available in-person and online.

Harm reduction treats drug use as a health concern rather than a criminal or moral issue.
