Offers group programs that can help participants overcome barriers that are limiting recovery from trauma, get support and connect with community in a safe space, get insights from experienced trauma-recovery experts and create a plan to feel strong, emotionally and physically.
The group programs are designed for veterans, first responders and frontline healthcare workers dealing with operational stress injuries and PTSD. Also offers a program for caregivers.
Programs are available in-person and online.

A health promotion organization that supports people who use substances through harm reduction programs including:
Needles, syringes, sterile water, cookers, matches, filters, ties, condoms, safer use kits, safe disposal of used needles including used needles found in the community
Awareness and education related to harm reduction, particularly safer injection and safer practices
Peer support, including assistance with exploring and accessing detox, treatment, methadone
Assistance in locating and navigating resources for legal, social services, employment and housing issues
Over the counter nutrition as available
Provides retrieval and safe disposal of needles when found in the community.
