Offers anonymous testing and counselling at the clinic by the HIV specialist nurse. The nurse can also test blood for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and syphilis. This can all be done in the same appointment but tests for hep B, hep C, and syphilis are not anonymous. They are non-nominal, which means that the blood will be sent to the lab with a code number on it, instead of a name. However, you will be required to give your correct name to the nurse.

Provides youth with opportunities and challenges. Fosters the development of leadership skills, good citizenship, and physical fitness. Army cadets develop abilities in the use of map and compass, GPS technology, orienteering, first-aid, camping and survival skills, canoeing, abseiling, trekking, mountain biking, etc. As they get more experienced, some will be selected for parachuting, white-water rafting and glacier climbing. They will also learn to become outdoor leaders.

Offers a virtual space for people living with arthritis to come together, and learn about their disease. The live sessions are interactive and led by volunteer facilitators as well as Arthritis experts. Sessions are held over zoom and consist of 2 formats: Conversations with Peers : Volunteer-led, helps to engage in supportive conversations about living with arthritis. Consists of 10-minute large group connection and 40-minute small breakout room discussions. Conversations with Arthritis Professionals : Arthritis experts answer questions from those impacted by arthritis. Consists of 10-minute healthcare professional information and 40-minute large-group question and answer period with the healthcare professional, centered around a specific topic. Note : these sessions cannot provide direct medical advice .
