    Provides individual, family, and couple counselling for a broad range of symptoms and situations. Available to anyone who has a physician at the Regina Community Clinic and is over the age of 16 years. No outside referrals Interpretation and translation services are available when requested. Language supported include: Arabic, Nepali, Bhutanese, Swahili, Burmese, Karen, Tigrinya, Somali, Amharic, French and Spanish.

Goal during this group is to: Create a safe place to share your feelings and experiences. Reduce isolation by connecting with others in the community who have shared experiences. Provide validation and encouragement.

    Offers an online Facebook support group for pregnant and postpartum birthing people who are struggling with their mental health. Participants are welcomed to share openly about how they are feeling and find a strong sense of connection and support from others in the group. Although this group does not replace the care from a professional mental health provider, it is a positive addition to your own unique treatment plan.

Also provides orientation and accompaniment to the hospital, police, and court. Child care service may be available (arranged through counsellor); transportation (bus tickets) can be provided when requested.
