A peer support program funded jointly by the Department of National Defence and Veterans Affairs Canada. Supports serving members of the Canadian Forces, Veterans, and their families who suffer from an operational stress injury, such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and/or addiction.

Meets the needs of the grieving families and friends of patients referred to palliative care. Offers a number of resources for friends and family members who have lost a loved one or are caring for a person with a life threatening illness including:

As part of the SchoolsPlus team, the parent navigator assists in navigating children, youth, and their families to services and resources in their school, Regional Centre for Education and their communities.
Parent navigators work collaboratively with other schools and agency staff to ensure students and their families have timely support to understand the appropriate services available, the processes to access them and effective assistance as needed throughout the process. This includes services beyond education, such as health, justice, and other community services.

Helps caregivers learn to deal with common childhood behaviour problems such as temper outbursts, not listening, verbal and physical aggression and difficulties paying attention. Caregivers will learn how to manage challenging behaviours and situations and will receive a full toolkit including a parent handbook and DVD and/or login to a secure website, behaviour chart for home, a daily report card for school and weekly sessions with a coach. Program can be delivered through one-on-one coaching or in a group with other parents dealing with similar challenges.
