Persons requesting service will be contacted within two business days of callingCrisis Response Network Coordination provides support to youth or adults age eighteen or older, with a dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental health needs or challenging behaviour, experiencing a crisis Dual Diagnosis is defined as a co-existing developmental disability and mental health needs and/or challenging behaviours Youth age sixteen and older, with a dual diagnosis, who are involved with the justice system may be eligible to receive up to four months of case management support to assist them within the legal services
