A group offered to individuals who are new to sobriety.
Provides information regarding typical problems that develop during the first years of sobriety.
Education and group support revolves around finding ways of managing the physiological and emotional issues frequently experienced by newly recovering people.

Provides mental health services to individuals affected in significant ways by mental illness, severe stress, or other problems in living.
Requests for services most commonly come from people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, severe stress, or adjustment difficulties.
Others seek help for problems related to abuse or violence in intimate relationships.
Rural residents may access Regina-based programs that are not available in the rural areas through one of the rural mental health workers.

Provides services to youth between the ages of 12 and 18 years (and their caregivers), who are experiencing a range of mental health and/or addiction concerns. Youth are assessed in the context of their families, caregivers and/or communities. Services are provided through one or more of the following programs:
Day Program and Therapeutic Recreation: provides an assessment and stabilization in the therapeutic school-type environment for youth with mental health concerns.
Youth Counselling Program: provides an assessment, individual, family, and group therapy to youth and their families who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use/abuse issues.
