We help change your perception of Adult ADHD. Through community, connection and simple, evidence-based methods; Support group meetings, special presentations, study groups, and courses. We share and help form meaningful connections with other ADHD adults. The consciousness is that ADHD adults will grow together via self-care and accountability within a positive and proactive community. ADHD Toronto is certified for Peer Support and Coaching. ADHD Toronto DO NOT provide a diagnosis. We are not psychiatrists, therapists, clinicians, or medical professionals. Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies Virtual groups and courses on the ZOOM platform.
