Mental Health Counselling
Registered nurses, doctors and crisis counsellors offer medical treatment, emotional support and education about options for care and reporting for people who have been sexually assaulted in the past 7 days. Medical treatment and counseling are provided and you can choose: medical treatment with no police involvement; medical treatment with police involvement and collection of a sexual assault exam kit ; or medical treatment with no police involvement and collection of a sexual assault exam kit and 1 year to decide if you want to report to the police.

Crisis Intervention
24/7 residential support and programming for women who have an active addiction and are pregnant or who have recently had a baby. Services include supported housing, prenatal and parenting supports, and assistance addressing addictions.

A student-run, interdisciplinary health care centre in Regina’s North Central Community that provides social programs, including:
Nutrition Program: free hot lunch with a Nutrition Mentor available for guidance with type II diabetes management and other diet inquiries
Fun with Food: a cooking program for clients to learn how to cook quick, easy, and healthy meals
Women’s Group: run once a month for an hour; covers a variety of topics and includes numerous activities/skill development opportunities

A twelve-week program for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide. This therapy group is limited to six to eight people and meets once a week for twelve weeks. It involves discussions of what suicide is, experiences around loss and pain, and learning tools that can be used to help people move forward. No cost to participate.
Individuals interested in this program can call 306-249-5666. Once they have registered for the program, they will take part in an interview with a counsellor to make sure that this group is suitable for them. Participants are required to complete the full twelve-week program.
