    Provides drop-in health and wellness programming for adults and children. Includes coffee, snacks, and a small meal Bus tickets are available upon request for service users Child minding is provided – all parents/guardians must accompany their child to sign in to the Centre and stay within the building while their child is cared for. General Programs: clinical services, counselling, outreach, and homework help (all ages learning). Adult Programs: literacy, employment, culture, addictions, and health. Children’s Activities: science, nature, art, and fitness. Family Programs: literacy, numeracy, creative development, and relationship building.

    Offers a safe place for First Nations individuals to talk and feel heard through an anonymous online chat. Service is provided by trained First Nations Peer Advocates who provide culture-based support on any topic.

    Offers virtual mental health services using telecommunications (video conferencing, online chat, or phone calls). Services include mental health assessments, access to self-guided interactive educational modules, tools, and video conferencing with therapists (if the client is already working with a therapist).
