Works to support and assist teenagers through one-on-one counselling tailored to the client and their circumstances, in a safe and confidential environment. Provides on-line resources on a number of topics for teens including: Healthy Relationships Assertiveness and Boundaries Self-Esteem and Body Image Anger Management Bullying and Cyberviolence Sexual Health Healthy Lifestyle Sexual Assault Sexting Drugs and Alcohol

Provides nursing assessments and counselling, establishes and implements treatment plans for individuals, and provides education support, and advocacy. A community partnership model is used that may include third party arrangements with independent community services in treatment plans.

Offers individualized planning and support for people who want to reduce their smoking and vaping use.

Services include: Individual, family and group outpatient counselling and education 180 Alcohol and Drug Diversion Program for youth who are ticketed by the RCMP for minor consumption/possession of alcohol and/or possession of small amounts of controlled substances in lieu of paying the fine Ongoing assessment and treatment planning Referral to in-patient facilities Client and caregiver education and information Primary prevention through presentations to schools and community groups, information groups, and promotion of healthy living Services can also be provided through satellite clinics upon request. Provides counselling services to adults, families, and groups that are experiencing significant distress or dysfunction related to a mental disorder, depression, or stress resulting from issues in daily living.
