Provides health programming to youth within the 11 Member First Nations of File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council. These programs include Brighter Futures, Mental Health/Solvent Abuse, National Aboriginal Suicide Prevention Strategy, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, HIV/AIDS, Aboriginal Head Start on Reserve, and the Tobacco Cessation Program.

Provides one-on-one counselling and support for mental health and addictions to members of the Battle River Treaty 6 First Nations communities. Also provides support groups on grief and loss, mental health and addictions when needed. Services are offered to those ages 10 and up.

Offers a continuum of care program for community members with substance use concerns. Services include: pre-treatment and assessment; referral services; counselling; intervention; follow-up; aftercare; prevention; and alternative programming.
