We are a private mental health clinic providing counselling to individuals (ages 5+), couples and families. An initial 15 minute free intake call is provided to match clients with a counsellor best suited for their needs and goals. A Community-based residential addiction treatment program for women whose use of alcohol and/or other drugs puts them at high risk. The program is 4-12 weeks long, depending on individual need. This full time program is individual and group counseling focused. The program is staffed 24 hrs/day. One space is reserved for a woman who is pregnant.

We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments, and never maintain a waitlist, rather our clients are seen within a week of their decision to book an appointment.
