Services available include: Brief Therapy (one-three sessions for sudden and intense stress related to a specific cause) Individual Counselling (one-six sessions) Psycho-Educational or Treatment Groups Alcohol/Dug Detox (information, groups, links to resources, Naloxone kits, needle exchange program) Mental Health First Aid Courses Recovery Services (for individuals requiring ongoing support and life skills training) Mental Health Approved Homes (residence and assistance to people living with long term mental illness) Psychiatry (outpatient clinic and 15-bed inpatient unit).

Provides counseling and support to adults with alcohol and/or drug-related problems and to their family members. Services include: Assessments: helps determine how individual’s alcohol and/or drug use (or someone else’s use) may be causing problems, and what solutions are available. Free individual and group counselling for: Adults seeking help for their own alcohol and or other drug related problems Adults who are affected by a family member’s substance use.
