Provides support groups that are a safe place to share thoughts and feelings about personal issues and feel supported., , Service offers: , , Mental Health support group: ongoing support groups to connect with peers, share concerns, and explore issues members support each other, identify strengths, and ways of coping skills for healthy relationships, effective problem-solving, and self-confidence facilitators to guide the process and provide encouragement and resources group meets weekly for a 2.5-hour session Reach for Recovery support group: for individuals struggling with addiction and mental health concerns a safe setting to discuss concerns, explore issues and strategies to prevent relapse and help maintain a sober and drug-free life facilitators provide learning and discussion related to addictions and recovery, such as relapse prevention, self-care in sobriety, and exploring post-acute withdrawal syndrome (PAWS) ongoing group meets once a week for a 1.5-hour session
