Crisis lines

Youth Addictions

I am a Psychotherapy Provider with over 20 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings with the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder) post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychosis, grief, interpersonal difficulties, men"s issues, family and marital conflict, addiction, self-esteem, anger management and career counseling. Whether working with adults, adolescents, individuals, couples or families I utilize a client-centered humanistic approach in order to develop therapeutic rapport and create individualized treatment plans using a variety of approaches that include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Coaching and Conflict Resolution.
