We are a team of registered psychologists, psychological associates and social workers with extensive experience providing comprehensive psycho-educational and psycho-diagnostic assessments, and psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples and families for a range of mental health and behavioural issues.

Support Groups
Opportunity for individuals to dine at a variety of programs throughout the month such as euchrama, dining for seniors, play trips & day away outings. Dining for Seniors - 3rd Thursday of each month offered in a door delivery format. Currently not in-person. In person Group exercise/falls prevention education classes offered throughout the month at various locations. Group Exercise/falls prevention education classes offered Monday to Fri both in person and via Zoom. Contact the Outreach office to access Zoom links if this is the method preferred to participate.
