Crisis lines
COVID-19 - Fitness Classes (soon) and Diners Club (has returned) are returning. Essential services continue with pre-screening protocols for Transportation, Meals on Wheels, Personal Support and Crisis Intervention. As COVID-19 municipality stages are implemented, services may change; contact the office directly for latest updates.Case managers assist and support seniors in need to work through crisis situations by offering counselling, intervention and referral information. The focus of the program is on assisting clients in crisis and abuse situations; as well as, on Transitional Care Planning for Long Term Care residents returning to the community.Case Managers are also trained in dealing with clients suffering from abuse.

COVID-19: Office closed to the public. Family support services are currently offered virtually.Monthly family support group provides a space to connect with individuals who also support and care for someone living with mental health challenges.NAMI: Family to Family Education ProgramThe NAMI Family to Family Education program is an 8-week course for family/caregivers (spouses, parents, siblings, children, etc.) of individuals with severe brain disorders (mental illness). The program is structured to help family members understand and support their relative while maintaining their own well-being. The curriculum includes schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, clinical depression, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Families learn to understand how living with these conditions affects their loved one, as well as learning new skills to cope more effectively.

Youth Addictions
Lanark Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health is a community-based addictions and mental health counselling and case management agency located in southeastern Ontario
.We assist persons in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville counties who may be at risk of developing, or currently experiencing, family and personal difficulties related to alcohol, other drugs, gambling and addiction co-occuring with mental health problems (Concurrent disorders).
This agency also offers a variety of mental health supports in the Leeds Grenville area, including psychiatry (physician referral required). Additionally there are two long-term residential addiction treatment programs:
Brock Cottage for men and Tennant House for women
(assessment and referral from a community addiction agency required for consideration).
