Youth Addictions

This program provides mental health support, case management, crisis intervention services, practical and emotional client support through counselling and treatment, home or hospital visits, referrals, advocacy, and participates in community development.

Youth Addictions

Services for francophones who are living with mental health problems. Court Outreach: a program that helps francophones who are experiencing mental health disorders to go through the legal process (support and triage prior to the trial and assistance with establishing protocols and procedures with the courts and other partners). Housing program with support: program is designed to accommodate chronically homeless adults with complex needs and provide a range of customized support services to help them obtain housing and retain it. Intensive long-term community support (case management): community accompaniment service for francophone adults, men and women (16 years of age and older), struggling with a severe mental health problem.

Community Mental Health Centers

A consumer-run drop-in and resource centre for people with lived experience of mental health or addiction problems. Peer support is available as needed in person and over the phone. Also provides peer support training to individuals and agencies.

Youth Addictions

The Walk-in Clinic at Crossroads helps families to get started on the road to understanding. Do you have any concerns about your child"s behaviour, emotional state, mental health diagnosis (e.g. anxiety, depression, ADHD), school-related issues, your child’s struggles with peers, a family conflict, or any other issues? Through a single counselling session, our experienced, professional staff help identify issues and equip families with tools and strategies to address their concerns. The focus of the session is determined by each family’s unique needs. Clinic location: 1755 Courtwood Crescent, Ottawa, ON. Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services

Offers individual general mental health counselling services to Métis individuals. Up to 12 sessions are offered. Services are offered online or over the phone.

Adult Addictions

Dr. Miceli is dedicated to assisting clients through stressful transitions and health challenges. She is skilled in working with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, difficulties in relationships, personality disorders, and psychological trauma. She has also worked closely with individuals who seek mind-body approaches to cope with health concerns (eg., immune, infertility, endocrine, cancer) and to cope with a loved one"s mental health condition or addiction. Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies During the COVID-19 pandemic, psychotherapy service hours have been extended and sessions are offered via phone and/or videoconferencing. Clients can connect using their laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone on a secure platform.
