Youth Addictions
Services for francophones who are living with mental health problems.
Court Outreach: a program that helps francophones who are experiencing mental health disorders to go through the legal process (support and triage prior to the trial and assistance with establishing protocols and procedures with the courts and other partners).
Housing program with support: program is designed to accommodate chronically homeless adults with complex needs and provide a range of customized support services to help them obtain housing and retain it.
Intensive long-term community support (case management): community accompaniment service for francophone adults, men and women (16 years of age and older), struggling with a severe mental health problem.

Community Mental Health Centers
A consumer-run drop-in and resource centre for people with lived experience of mental health or addiction problems. Peer support is available as needed in person and over the phone. Also provides peer support training to individuals and agencies.

The Walk-in Clinic at Crossroads helps families to get started on the road to understanding.
Do you have any concerns about your child"s behaviour, emotional state, mental health diagnosis (e.g. anxiety, depression, ADHD), school-related issues, your child’s struggles with peers, a family conflict, or any other issues?
Through a single counselling session, our experienced, professional staff help identify issues and equip families with tools and strategies to address their concerns. The focus of the session is determined by each family’s unique needs.

Adult Addictions

During the COVID-19 pandemic, psychotherapy service hours have been extended and sessions are offered via phone and/or videoconferencing. Clients can connect using their laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone on a secure platform.
