Adult Addictions

In psychotherapy I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties coping with negative emotions (anger, anxiety, depression, shame), problematic behaviours (aggression, compulsions), and relationship issues. I have a specific interest in the assessment and treatment of addictions, including substance abuse (alcohol, recreational drugs, prescription medications, anabolic steroids), sexual addiction (consenting sex, masturbation, pornography), and problem gambling (casino, internet, lottery).

Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services

Offers individual virtual general counselling. Number of sessions depends on individuals" needs. Each session last for 60 minutes. Provides support that utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and more.

Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services

Offers individual virtual messaging-based general counselling for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Provides 6-12 weeks of support that utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Youth Mental Health

The Ministry of Children and Youth Services is responsible for services to children and youth in the Canadian province of Ontario. Mental health services are not delivered directly by the Ministry however, but are delivered to children and youth by numerous community agencies located throughout the province. Mental health services are funded through transfer payments from the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS) and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) to other social service agencies. There is no direct funding to parents, children and youth. Main office in Toronto, with regional offices throughout the province.

Youth Addictions

Provides a range of programs and services to First Nations, Inuit and Métis women and children (regardless of status) who are survivors of domestic and other forms of violence, and who may also be suffering the effects of the residential school system.

Crisis lines & In person crisis services

COVID-19 (December 2, 2021): STORM outreach continues to operate in the community 6 days a week during COVID-19.Specialized team is available to assist women involved in the sex trade specialized supports and services for women who are victims of human trafficking outreach team can assist women with immediate medical, safety and shelter needs information and referral to community supports transportation to emergency shelter, medical facilities, detoxification unit and other locations deemed appropriate crisis intervention basic supplies i.e. hygiene products, clothing, and condoms information on health issues i.e. sexually transmitted infections snacks and clothing

Crisis lines
