We provide Primary Health Care, system navigation and support for diverse populations of all ages and stages of life with a focus on those who experience challenges and barriers to accessing care, including those living in poverty; experiencing mental health and addictions; housing instability; isolated seniors; youth at risk and those with complex chronic disease.Mobile Health Outreach Bus (MHOB):Team consists of an outreach worker, primary care providers andcommunity partners. who work collaboratively to bring services toclients in the community. Services provided include wound care, support with form completion, community resources/referrals, mental health support, harm reduction and personal hygiene supplies. The bus travels to several locations throughout Oxford County weekly; Call 226-232-8207 for more details.

Community Mental Health Centers

Psychotherapy services for youth and adults. In person and online therapy available. Specializing in first responsders and learning disabilties. Offer a low cost counselling program which may be suitable for some individual"s needs.Individuals, couples and family therapy.

Youth Addictions

Individual, Couple, Child and Family counselling services provided. Covered by many extended health benefit plans. Areas of speciality include child and family counselling, anxiety in adults and children, trauma and PTSD, depression, addictions, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, divorce, attachment problems, problematic anger, couple counselling, premarital counselling, and stepfamily issues. Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies We provide services both in person and virtually.

Audrey Provides counselling and therapy for all ages in the GTA. Services include: Individual, Couples, Children and Youth.

Liana Palmerio-McIvor is a registered Psychotherapist who provides eclectic therapy services since 1994. She works with a network of registered psychotherapists and social workers in the Halton Area. Liana enjoys working with clients who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Stress related disorders, marriage and couple counselling and sex therapy. She also enjoys working with adolescents and empowering them to find their way with themselves, their families and their life trajectory.

Support Groups

Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcus (P.A.N.D.A.S.) describes a subset of children or adolescents who have either an abrupt onset of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or Tic Disorder symptoms or an acute worsening of symptoms following a Streptococcus Infection.Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (P.A.N.S.) describe the cases where there is a link to symptom onset with other infections, not only streptococcus infections. The more commonly known term P.A.N.D.A.S is a subset of the wider definition of P.A.N.S.The organization provides support, awareness and resources to communities across Ontario. Services include individual support sessions, in person and online support groups, community awareness/educational presentations, fundraising events, and coordination of medical and educational resources.
