Our team provides individual, family, and couples therapy. We provide treatment services to children, youth, and adults and are trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet individual treatment needs.

Crisis lines

Care and treatment for victims of sexual assault and/or domestic violence specialized medical and nursing care is provided to victims of sexual and intimate partner violence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week services are provided to persons of all gender and sexual identities, and ages services provided in private spaces in any of the Lanark County Hospitals (Perth and Smith Falls District Hospitals, Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital and the Almonte General Hospital)

Bilingual support to all families who are experiencing the absence of a loved one due to a deployment, course or tasking. Programs and services include: school and activity programs for children briefings information and resources support for adults, children, and families deployment supervised care morale mail drop-off center quarterly newsletter programs & special events

Peer support program delivered bi-weekly in the local schools (JK to Grade 8)during and post-deployment sessions help the children to understand their feelings, the changes and possible stresses associated with deployments, children learn positive living skills and age-appropriate stress management strategies, and school support available if needed

Provides outpatient care for women, girls, men and boys who have eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa.Eating disorders involve an intense fear of gaining weight and a dissatisfaction with body size and shape that leads to extreme practices of weight control which can result in serious physical and emotional health problems.Program provides: multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment using a non-dieting approach group, individual or family treatment recommended to address nutritional, emotional and social needs early intervention collaboration with family physicians for assessment and treatment of medical needs linkage and referral to local, district, regional and provincial services follow-up after discharge from an inpatient or day program education outreach and consultation to other health care professionals

Addiction Treatment & Addiction Counselling

Provides expedited treatment for patients addicted to alcohol or opioids. Care model is designed to start therapy immediately and then connect patients with an appropriate ongoing care provider. Staffed by physicians and registered nurses.Services include: same-day counselling, addiction medication and prescription therapies access to both short- and long-term treatments referral to additional supports and resources in the communityAims to prevent opioid overdoses and reduce ER visits and inpatient hospital staysIn an emergency, go directly to your nearest Emergency Department
