Online Peer-led Support Groups:
Social Connections – no registration required, open to anyone 16+ in Ontario. These groups are offering opportunities to connect socially over a virtual platform. Topics include: Lit Grit, Creative Writing, The Sharing Circle and The Games Room.
Self-Help Drop-In – require a brief pre-registration for participation, open to anyone 16+ in Ontario. Explore in a safe, judgement free environment and develop wellness tools. Groups include: Well BEing, Navigating Stress & Anxiety We Matter, and Daily Wellness Planning.
