The Inn of Windsor is a 12-bed residential facility for teenage girls. We also operate nine, one or two bedroom apartments for male and female youths aged 13-21 years old. We provide support to families of residents as well as youth who are unlikely to return home and are prepared for independent living.

Youth Mental Health

Youth Addictions
We combine mindfulness psychotherapy in Toronto to help people feel better and reach their goals. We offer individual counselling, several types of group therapy and mindfulness workshops for a wide range of mental health difficulties. The treatment we offer is evidence-based and effective.
We also offer a comprehensive outpatient OCD Program for every level of severity from mild to severe.
The OCD Program can provide:
