Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services

Offers virtual mental health services using telecommunications (video conferencing, online chat, or phone calls). Services include mental health assessments and treatment, including CBT-based counselling services.

Youth Mental Health

Telehealth Ontario is a free, confidential telephone service you can call to get health advice or general health information from a Registered Nurse. The service provides round-the-clock access, to a qualified health professional. It can help you decide whether to care for yourself, make an appointment with your doctor, go to a clinic, contact a community service or go to a hospital emergency room. available in English and French with translation support for 110 languages and a direct TTY number at 1-866-797-0007 for people with a hearing impairment or speech difficulty. When you have a general health question, call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000. A call to Telehealth Ontario will give you confidential advice about any health-related concerns such as: Symptoms that could require medical attention; Illness or injury; Chronic illnesses; Nutrition and healthy lifestyles; Teen health and lifestyle issues. Youth Addictions

I provide individual counselling to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, substance abuse, trauma, and autism spectrum disorder.Other topics I work with include bullying, work-life balance, parent coaching, care-giver burnout, interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and social skills training. I welcome requests for public speaking, training, and seminars. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am also registered as an Employee Assistance Program Counsellor for Compsych, Solareh, FSEAP, and Morneau Shepell.

Youth Addictions

Provides counselling and therapy for individuals, couples, and families as well, as for children and adolescents. We also offer comprehensive psychological assessments, servicing both individuals and professionals such as employers, lawyers, unions, and third party insurers. Our services are covered by the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) for registered First Nations and Syrian refugees.
