Provides non-medical detoxification services Operates a 24-hour service toll-free crisis line Offers residential withdrawal management services, 4 crisis beds (Phase 1), 12 detoxification beds (Phase 2) and 11 residential support services beds Provides physical and psychological stabilization to individuals suffering from abuse/dependance to alcohol, drugs and medication Provides case management services and a safe bed initiative Offers a smoking cessation program

Mental Health Counselling

Offers individual, group, and family health and disability counselling. Provides support that utlizes referrals to community resources and transition planning.

Individual and group cognitive behavioural therapy for depression, anxiety, and other related disorders. Treating adolescents and adults.

CBT Niagara offers private Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to individuals with depression, anxiety, alcohol/substance use disorders, health anxiety, grief, stress, and/or eating disorder. Self Referrals, Physician Referrals, and Insurance Plans Accepted. No Waiting List.

Francophone prevention centre for violence against women and sexual assault free and confidential services offered include counseling, transitional support, housing support, family court support, advocacy, representation and accompaniment (when possible) offer information and referrals to community services and provide resources for support (books, CD-DVD"s, etc) services offered are available by phone, or by email, in-person services are available by appointment only Family Court Support Worker ProgramInformation on the family court process assistance in preparing for family court proceedings (documenting history of abuse, accessing Legal Aid) referral to specialized services and supports in the community safety planning court accompaniment to proceedings when appropriate
