In person crisis services
The Response Team is comprised of a Mental Health Crisis Worker/Clinician and specially trained officers who respond to referrals from the community for individuals who may be experiencing a mental health or psychosocial crisis. Comprehensive mental health assessment is conducted and linkages to appropriate community resources and supports are initiated.

Community Mental Health Centers
COVID-19 ResponseOutpatient Mental Health Services have returned to in-person therapy. They will continue to offer telephone therapy where requested. PPE is required for in-person appointments. Group therapy remains virtual.Regular ServiceOutpatient Mental Health provides mental health care for individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental illness.Provides out patient psychiatric consultation with diagnosis of acute mood or thought disorder, treatment of brain disease, and neuro-degenerative disease (dementia) with coordinated case management.Referral and support of the physician is indicated for this patient population due to the presence of medical illnesses and other complex needs of the individual.The clinic provides: connections with community services, support and education to caregivers providing and monitoring care for someone in their charge specializations include dementia intensive case management to solve problems or develop skills needed for long term psychiatric support required to sustain community function homelessness program for clinic patients who meet eligibility requirements of illness, risk and need support and education on a variety of mental health topics psychiatric consultation for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendation with physician referral Mental Health Crisis Services are available 8 am-8 pm 7 days a week at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital Emergency Department. Please present to the emergency department. Mental Health Response Unit is a mobile crisis service working in partnership with the OPP to provide service in the community Monday to Thursday 8 am-6 pm. Call the OPP dispatch number at 310-1122 . All appointments and services are arranged through the Collingwood office.

Youth Addictions
Columbus House (Pembroke) Inc. provides young individuals as well as young parents with various services. The Young Parent Support Program (YPSP) offers young parents the opportunity to complete their schooling through our Day Program. We also offer a Residential Program for those who would benefit from a structured setting and we offer a Children"s Mental Health program designed to help adolescents with mental health and drug-use issues.

Addiction Program - assessment and outpatient counselling for people of all ages experiencing issues with alcohol, drug use and gambling. Mental health and peer support also available. Telemedicine Services - provides non-emergency community-based services for adults 16 years or older with mental illness and/or addiction issues. The service uses video cameras and monitors to connect clients to specialists who live elsewhere for a one-time consult, increasing access to specialized care using videoconferencing technology
Crisis Assessment and Support Team (CAST) - mental health crisis support telephone line staffed by experienced mental health professionals. Provides face-to-face assessments and short-term follow-up crisis counselling. Response time to clients is expected to be within 24 hours
Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) - program partners a uniformed OPP officer with an experienced mental health professional to respond as first responders to calls through 911
Specialized Geriatric Services - provides non-emergency clinical assessment, consultation, treatment and education to older adults, their families, and service providers who are, or know of, someone who is experiencing mental health issues combined with age-related difficulties
Addiction Mobile Outreach Team - provides support to individuals living with substane use concerns, problem gambling or concurrent disorders through engagement, assessment and prevention through education
Mobile Mental Health and Addictions Clinic
