Offers FREE, low-intensity, highly accessible, virtual or telephone coaching for adults and youth 15+. Helps manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress, or worry and helps build skills to improve one’s mental health. Duration of the program is approximately two to three months and a maximum of six guided sessions.

Teaches people living with mental illness the art of stand up comedy writing and performance.
Students participate in an eight week instructional course in joke writing and performance taught by Humber College of Comedy graduate, comedian Ian Andrew Morrison. At the end of the eight week course the students perform their own comedy routine.
Applicants are welcome year-round.

Offers fun and engaging outreach/education that addresses responsible and problem gambling. Free resources (for Saskatchewan residents) include:

A diverse selection of flexible 60-90 minute sessions are available; designed to speak and connect with various ages and community groups
Displays
Can be booked for public events in Saskatchewan, such as health fairs, trade shows, career fairs, and more; includes banners, take-home resources, games, and GAP staff
Resources
A variety of resources such as posters, brochures, and promotional items are available at presentations and displays
Support
Informs and educates Saskatchewan communities about responsible gambling
Connects individuals with the support networks they need to overcome problem gambling.
