Mental Health Counselling
Offers women experiencing domestic violence support in meeting immediate and long-term needs and goals. Services include peer-to-peer support groups, one-on-one support, safety planning, financial counselling, childcare support, and referrals to other support.

Youth Addictions
Shana is an Indigenous Mental Health Therapist who is very efficient and professional and offers trauma informed care. For over 20 years Shana also works in the public education system therefore she understands children and youth struggles cognitively and behaviourally.
As always Shana offers a Safe Space for her students and clients especially those who identify as LGBTQ2S+.
Shana has over 15 years experience working with the City of Regina"s most vulnerable people that face addictions, homelessness, poverty, trauma, intimate partner abuse/violence, senior/elder abuse and child protection and neglect.
Shana has a throughout knowledge of the historical trauma Indigenous people have encountered such as Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG), Indian Day School (IDS) and Indian Residential School (IRS), Métis Day School (MDS), Sixties Scoop, all of which have lasting intergenerational trauma effects.
Shana is a Registered Social Worker (#2365) with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW) and a member of the Canadian Association of Social Workers (CASW).
Shana allows smudging in the office.
Shana is an Approved Non-Insured Mental Health (NIHB) Therapist with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). All NIHB clients qualify for direct billing therefore no payments out of pocket for First Nation or Inuit Clients who are registered.
Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies
We offer therapy sessions via physically distanced in-person, telehealth and options for individual and groups.
We will always consider a sliding scale based on the individual client circumstances.
