Offers counselling services to assist people dealing with a wide range of concerns such as coping with daily pressures, job loss, relationship problems, mental health issues and breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse.

Understanding how today’s actions will affect the child in the future
Helping the child feel at ease in both homes
Increasing the child’s self-esteem and decreasing anxiety
Introducing step-parents into the co-parenting team.

One-day group program for children (ages six to eleven) who are coping with parental separation. Offers a mix of play and art therapy, along with games and storytelling. Helps children understand divorce, express their feelings and learn coping strategies. Program is free.

Program that offers participants safe and effective ways to express and release anger. Helps teens identify the sources of their anger, assists them in acknowledging the importance of these feelings, and offers strategies for coping with anger so it does not dominate their lives. Weekend program that provides children and their caregivers with a safe, supportive environment to learn how to deal with anger. Participants will learn the fundamentals of anger, how they react physically and emotionally when angry, and strategies to work through their anger in healthy ways. Program is free.
