I have been providing psychotherapy since 2010 and have been trained in several therapy models including CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused therapy. I also provide Neurofeedback. I see adolescents, Adults, couples and families to provide help for the issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, ptsd, abuse, sexual assault, addiction, self-esteem, marital issues, parenting and more. Community Mental Health Centers

Services specializes in the treatment of fears and anxieties of all sorts, including phobias, panic attacks, OCD, PTSD, and more. Stress and Grief, because of their very close association with fear and anxiety, are also treated. This service goes well beyond symptom control and includes the possible elimination of causes. While this is a Practice which specializes in treating fears and anxieties, it also has the expertise - founded on 25 years of clinical experience - to counsel and treat any and all problems in living, including Marital counselling and Spiritual counselling. Remote, virtual sessions available, including both phone and online video options.
