Connection & Support group for Seniors to: meet new people and form connections with others express yourself in a safe, confidential space maintain social connection, hope and resilience increase self-esteem, share information, and learn from each other hear how others are navigating and coping through COVID19 know that you are not alone and others are struggling with similar issues learn about different topics like assertive communication, effective listening, grief and loss, understanding feelings, interpersonal communication, emotion regulation skills, mindfulness, self-care and self-compassion This is an open group and participants can choose to attend as often as they would like but everyone will need to pre-register at least one week before their first time attending.
